Hello Families,

How quickly the year is progressing, I can’t believe we are almost in the last Term for 2017.

There are a number of key events this month so make sure you read on and find our more.

As highlighted last month, we are gearing up for the next kindergarten working bee to be held on Sunday 8th October 2017. By the end of the day we will see a wonderful transformation to the grounds which has been made possible by the hard work of families, committee and staff for the last 2 years. Thank you again to the grounds team Michelle and Ines for planning this next stage.

Don’t forget the committee we will be hosting an afternoon information session on Sunday 15th October 2017 from 2-4pm. This information session will feature the many ways you can be more involved in the kinder experience. We are inviting returning families and families who will be coming to Elonera for the first time in 2018. Regarding the committee for 2018 we will be needing to replace some key roles including President and Treasurer. We plan to provide information about each role on committee at the afternoon session above, as well as many ways in which families can be involved (non committee).

The AGM will be held on Monday 20th November 2017, we will provide a full wrap of the year, review of our financials and open and vote on all committee positions for 2018.

Twilight Market will be held on Friday 24th November 2017. There will be lots more entertainment for the kids as well as market stalls both Elonera sponsored and community hosted. If you are able to help please contact Jo at events@elonerapreschool.com.au asap.
